温度对稻虱缨小蜂生态适应性的持续影响

Impact of Temperature on the Ecological Fitness of Successive Generations of Anagrus nilaparvatae Pang et Wang (Hymenoptera: Mymaridae)

摘要: 本文研究了不同温度(22、25、28、31 和34 ℃)对稻飞虱卵期优势寄生蜂稻虱缨小蜂Anagrus nilaparvatae 的生态适应性的持续影响。结果表明,28 ℃和31 ℃对稻虱缨小蜂的幼期发育、羽化率、成虫寿命和性比的持续影响不明显。22、25和34 ℃下幼期发育历期随世代增加而延长,羽化率随世代增加而降低。成虫寿命在22 ℃下随世代增加而延长,34 ℃下随世代增加而缩短。22 ℃和25 ℃下稻虱缨小蜂幼期发育历期有显著的累积效应,34 ℃下对羽化率的影响有显著的累积效应。

Abstract: To explore influence of temperatures on ecological fitness of experimental populations of Anagrus nilaparvatae, the dominant species of egg parasitoids on rice planthoppers, the immature developmental duration, sex ratio, emergence rate and adult longevity were observed at five constant temperatures (22, 25, 28, 31 and 34 ℃) for 5 generations in laboratory. Results showed that there was no obvious influence at 28 ℃ and 31 ℃ on immature developmental duration, emergence rate, adult longevity and sex ration, while the immature developmental duration extended and the emergence rate decreased with the increase of generation at 22 ℃,25 ℃ and 34℃. The adult longevity prolonged at 22 ℃ while shortened at 34 ℃ with the increase of generation. There were significant cumulative effects on immature developmental duration at 22 ℃ and 25 ℃, and on emergence rate at 34 ℃.
