玉米螟赤眼蜂的产卵行为研究

摘要: 本文研究了玉米螟赤眼蜂在麦蛾卵及欧洲玉米螟卵上的产卵及辨别寄主行为,表明玉米螟赤眼蜂在不同寄主卵上产卵耗时不同,能根据寄主卵大小调节产卵数量;产卵时具有性别控制行为;该蜂可以通过“学习”提高辨别寄主卵已被寄生与否的能力,并对自身和同种个体间已寄生卵有很强的辨别力;玉米螟赤眼蜂与广赤眼蜂能辨别相互间已寄生的寄主卵。

Abstract: The process of ovipositional behaviour of Trichogramma ostriniae Pang et
Chen was divided into four major stages: drumming, drilling, oviposition and
withdrawal of ovipositor. The duration of each stage on different host eggs were differed. The oviposition of female and male eggs are behaviorally distinct processes. The number of progeny allocated to a host varied according to the size of the host egg, generally, 1 and 2 in the Sitotrog a cerealella and Ostrinia nubilalis eggs, respectively. Significan tdifference were found in acceptance of parasitized host eggs between experienced and inexperienced T. ostriniae females. The capability of discriminating between the parasitized and non-parasitized host eggs can be obtained through 'learning' . T. ostriniae female can discrim inate self-and conspecific-parasitized eggs. T. evanescens also can detect the previously parasitized host by T. ostriniae toavoid conspecific-superparasitisim.
