Research and Application of Entomopathogenic Microsporidium

摘要: 微孢子是一类重要的昆虫病原微生物,在害虫生物防治中占有重要地位。本文系统介绍了微孢子的特定结构及生物学特性,详述了其生活史类型和生长发育所需要条件;总结了其系统进化研究的变迁;比较了不同种类微孢子基因组差异;分析了微孢子的致病机理及影响因素;阐述了应用微孢子防治害虫的历史、现状及发展趋势。为今后开展微孢子治理害虫的研究和应用提供了较为全面的资料。

Abstract: Microsporidium is an important pathogenic microbe, and regarded as an important bio-agent for controlling insect pests. In this paper, advances in research and application of microsporidium was reviewed, including the specific structure and biological characteristics of microsporidium, the types of life history and conditions of development and growth of microsporidium, systematic evolution of microsporidium, the differences of genomes from different microsporidium, the pathogenic mechanism and effectiveness factors of microsporidium, and the history, status and trends of controlling insect pests with microsporidium. The paper provided helpful data for future study and application of microsporidium.
