黄瓜白粉病菌拮抗真菌鉴定及生防效果评价

Identification of Antagonistic Fungus against Sphaerotheca fuliginea and Evaluation of Its Biocontrol Efficacy

摘要: 本文对黄瓜白粉病菌Sphaerotheca fuliginea拮抗真菌进行了筛选和鉴定及防治效果的评价。结果表明,从侵染黄瓜叶片的白粉病菌菌落边缘组织中共分离获得21个菌株,其中菌株JK-13对白粉病菌具有较高的拮抗活性。菌株JK-13发酵液处理白粉菌孢子48 h后,其对孢子萌发抑制率为89.93%;发酵液处理发病的离体叶片和盆栽幼苗7 d后,其防治效果分别为88.02%和76.34%。利用形态学和分子生物学技术鉴定该菌为腐皮镰刀菌Fusarium solani

Abstract: The antagonistic fungus against the pathogen Sphaerotheca fuliginea were isolated and assessed in this paper. The resulted showed that 21 strains of antagonistic fungus were isolated from the edge of cucumber tissue infected by S. fuliginea. Among all the isolated strains, the strain JK-13 presented the highest control efficacy in vitro and greenhouse experiments. The inhibitory rate on S. fuliginea spores germination was 83.93% after treated by strain JK-13 fermentation broth for 48 h. The control efficacy of strain JK-13 fermentation broth on S. fuliginea were 88.02% and 76.34% after treated for 7 d by leaf disc and pot experiments, respectively. Based on the morphological characteristic and molecular identification, the strain JK-13 was identified as Fusarium solani.
