烟蚜茧蜂载菌菌种与载菌方式筛选

Screening of Fungus Strains Transmitted by Aphidius gifuensis and Its Transmitting Ways

摘要: 用菌液粘染法和菌粉粘染法分别让4种虫生真菌侵染烟蚜和烟蚜茧蜂,感染球孢白僵菌、玫烟色拟青霉、粉拟青霉和金龟子绿僵菌,8d烟蚜的死亡率分别为100.00%、78.00%~95.00%、90.00%和66.67%,都显著高于对照(1.67%~3.33%); 3d烟蚜茧蜂的死亡率分别为79.67%~80.33%、20.00%~26.67%、46.67%和26.67%~60.00%,其中玫烟色拟青霉处理与对照(20.00%~26.67%)无显著差异。综合考虑4种虫生真菌对烟蚜与烟蚜茧蜂的致死作用,玫烟色拟青霉为适宜的载菌菌种。用孢子液浸染僵蚜、孢子粉喷撒僵蚜和孢子粉沾染雌蜂3种方式让烟蚜茧蜂雌蜂载菌,对雌蜂的活动影响不大,但前两种方式雌蜂载孢量(0.755×108~0.785×108个/头)远低于后一种方式(4.535×108~5.293×108个/头),即孢子粉沾染雌蜂法为适宜的载菌方式。雌蜂携带玫烟色拟青霉在室内对烟蚜的致死率可高达86.0%,比非载菌蜂提高了24.3%。

Abstract: Four kinds of entomopathogenic fungi, Beauveria bassiana, Paecilomyces fumosaroseus, P. farinosus and Metarhizium anisopliae, were used to infect Myzus persicae and Aphidius gifuensis by ways of immersing the target insects in spore suspension and spraying them with spore powder. Mortalities of M. persicae infected for 8 d by the four fungi were 100%, 78.00%-95.00%, 90.00% and 66.67%, respectively, which were remarkably higher than that of the control group (1.67%-3.33%); and mortalities of A. gifuensis attacked for 3 d by the same four fungi were 79.67%-80.33%, 20.00%-26.67%, 46.67%, and 26.67%-60.00%, respectively. Infection by P. fumosaroseus resulted in the same mortality with the control group, and P. fumosaroseus was chosen as the potential fungus to be carried by the wasp for infection of aphids. Three ways: immersing parasitized aphids by spore suspension, spraying parasitized aphids with spore powder and forcing female wasps to creep over spore powder for infection, were employed to make female bees convey the fungus. The three ways had little impact activities of the female wasps. The number of spores (0.755×108-0.785×108) carried by each wasp in the former two ways, however, was much lower than in the last way (4.535×108-5.293×10 8). Further test revealed that infecting A. gifuensis with fungi could result in aphid mortality of 86.0% in the laboratory, which represents an increase of 24.3% as compared with that of non-fungi-carrying wasps.
