Abstract: The conidial suspension of Trichoderma hazianum isolate TUV-13 labeled with myclobutanil resistance was applied in rice respectively by seed soaking, leaf spraying, and root dipping.Reisolation from different organs at 2 leaves and 1 shoot seedling stage and observations with light microscope and SEM scanning were conducted to check the colonization. Results showed that TUV-13 colonized roots, stems and leaves of rice steadily when seed was soaked but only a few a the colonization occurred when inoculated by root dipping and leaf spraying.Investigation on activities of POD,PPO and PAL enzymes indicated that they were increased significantly after TUV-13 colonization, and rice sheath blight was reduced by 82.9%.
