Abstract: Under the temperature that ranged from 16℃ to 30℃, developmental duration of Tetrastichus nigricoxae shortened with the increase of temperature. At 16℃, it took T. nigricoxae 48.3 d to finish one generation, while only 17.9 d at 30 ℃. The threshold temperature of T. nigricoxae was 7.87±0.54℃ and effective accumulative temperature was 379.00±8.77 day-degree. The regression equation for growth rate and temperature was T=7.87+379.00V.
