添加氨基酸对腐食酪螨种群增长及巴氏新小绥螨捕食功能的影响

Influence of Adding Amino Acids on Population Growth of Tyrophagus putrescentiae and Predatory Function of Neoseiulus barkeri

摘要: 本文研究了添加氨基酸对腐食酪螨的种群增长和巴氏新小绥螨捕食功能的影响.室内饲养条件下(25 ℃、RH 80%、光周期16L:8D),9种氨基酸分别以1%的含量添加到麦麸饲料中.结果表明缬氨酸、亮氨酸、甲硫氨酸、苏氨酸的添加均能提高腐食酪螨的繁殖能力,其中缬氨酸作用最为显著,50 g混合饲料中接入2000头腐食酪螨,种群最大数量可达15072.33±710.75头.氨基酸添加饲养后,从捕食能力上来说,添加组氨酸能够显著促进巴氏新小绥螨捕食腐食酪螨,相比对照组,捕食能力提高了76.96%.

Abstract: The influence of adding amino acids on population growth of Tyrophagus putrescentiae and predatory function of Neoseiulus barkeri was investigated in laboratory. T. putrescentiae was reared using wheat bran amended with 1% amino acid at 25 ℃, RH 80% and photoperiod 16L:8D. Addition of four amino acids (valine, leucine, methionine and threonine) enhanced the reproductive capacity of T. putrescentiae, valine being the most effective amino acid. When 2000 T. putrescentiae were inoculated to 50 g mixed diet, population of T. putrescentiae reached as high as 15072.3±710.8. Predation of T. putrescentiae by N. barkeri was significantly increased by 76.96% in the rearing with addition of histidine compared with the control.
