寄生蜂毒液蛋白组成、功能及进化的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 寄生蜂是最为丰富多样的昆虫种群之一，寄生策略多样，寄主范围广泛，是重要的生态调节因子和害虫天敌资源。毒液为寄生蜂所保守共有，是寄生蜂成功寄生的关键因子，可用于调控寄主的行为、免疫、发育和代谢等，最终帮助寄生蜂成功寄生。寄生蜂毒液中所含的活性蛋白具有丰富多样的分子结构、靶标和功能。因而，寄生蜂毒液也是重要的基因资源宝库，在药物开发和杀虫蛋白筛选中将会发挥其潜在作用。本文主要就寄生蜂毒液蛋白组成、功能和进化，对近期研究进行综述，并探讨寄生蜂毒液研究中所采用的方法及应用前景，尝试提出寄生蜂毒液研究中存在的问题及未来可能的发展方向。

Abstract: Parasitoid wasps are among the most abundant and diverse insects on earth. With diverse parasitic strategies and broad host ranges, they are important resources for biological control of pests. Venom is an essential parasitic factor, and shared by parasitoid wasps. For successful parasitism, venom is injected into the host to modulate host's behavior, immunity, development and metabolism. Parasitoid venom contains a lot of bioactive compounds with diverse molecular structures, targets and functions. Thus, parasitoid venom is recognized as a rich source for discovery of drugs and new insecticidal genes, and has a broad application prospect in both agriculture and medicine. This review focuses on recent research advances on composition, function and evolution of parasitoid venom, discusses the approaches used for venom study and their application prospects, and presents issues and future directions in study of parasitoid venom.
