枯草芽胞杆菌262XY2x可湿性粉剂的研制

Development of Wettable Powder Formulation of Bacillus subtilis 262XY2'

摘要: 本文通过对载体、助剂、稳定剂、紫外保护剂的筛选,确定了枯草芽胞杆菌262XY2x可湿性粉剂的最佳配方为母粉87%、十二烷基硫酸钠10%、磷酸二氢钾2%和抗坏血酸1%;在此条件下制得的枯草芽胞杆菌262XY2x可湿性粉剂悬浮率为83.7%,润湿时间为23.8 s,活菌数为219亿cfu/g,该制剂在细度、润湿时间、悬浮率、干燥减量、pH值、芽胞含量及杂菌率等质量检测方面均符合可湿性粉剂及微生物制剂的国家标准,且对番茄细菌性叶斑病的盆栽防治效果达64%,该研究结果为枯草芽胞杆菌262XY2x可湿性粉剂研制提供了技术支撑。

Abstract: In this paper, the optimum formula of Bacillus subtilis 262XY2x wettable powder was determined as 87% Silicon dioxide , 10% sodium dodecyl sulfate , 2% potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 1% ascorbic acid by screening the carrier, auxiliary agent, stabilizer and uv protective agent . Under these conditions, the suspension rate of Bacillus subtilis 262XY2x wettable powder was 83.7%, the wettability time was 23.8s, and the number of viable bacteria was 2.19×1010cfu/g. The preparation conforms to the national standards of wettable powder and microbial preparation in fineness, wetting time, suspension percentage , moisture content , pH value, etc. The control efficacy reached 64% in pot experiment, indicating that it could be used for the control of tomato bacterial leaf spot disease. The results provided technical support for the preparation of bacillus subtilis 262XY2x wettable powder.
