生防菌YC89在不同甘蔗品种中定殖及防治赤腐病的研究

Colonization of Biocontrol Bacteria YC89 in Different Sugarcane Cultivars and Its Control Effect on Red Rot Disease

摘要: 为明确贝莱斯芽孢杆菌YC89在不同甘蔗品种中的定殖特性及其对赤腐病的生防效果,本研究通过抗生素标记法获得遗传特性和拮抗活性稳定的利福平标记菌株YC89R,然后通过浇灌法对其在不同甘蔗品种中的定殖特性进行探究,同时评价了YC89菌株对4个不同甘蔗品种抗赤腐病的防效研究。定殖试验结果表明YC89菌株在4个甘蔗品种中的根际、根、茎和叶中均能定殖,并且在接种后的30 d仍能回收到标记菌株,其中在根际中的定殖能力最强,其定殖量为8.66× 105~7.03× 106 cfu/g,叶中定殖量最少,菌株含量为0.72× 103~3.54× 104 cfu/g,菌株在新台糖22号和粤糖93-159中的定殖能力较强。盆栽防效试验结果表明,YC89菌株对新台糖22赤腐病的防效最好,防治效果可达到61.11%。综上所述表明,YC89菌株在防治甘蔗赤腐病方面具有较高的潜在应用价值。

Abstract: In order to clarify colonization characteristics of Bacillus velezensis YC89 in different sugarcane cultivars and its biocontrol effect against red rot, the present study was carried out to obtain the rifampicinlabeled strain YC89R, which has stable genetic characteristics and antagonistic activity, by antibiotic labeling method, its colonization characteristics in different sugarcane cultivars were investigated by watering method, and control effect of strain YC89 against red rot was evaluated in four different sugarcane cultivars. Colonization test showed that strain YC89 could colonize in the rhizosphere, roots, stems and leaves of four sugarcane cultivars, and the labeled strain could still be recovered 30 days after inoculation, among which the strongest colonization ability was in the rhizosphere, with the amount of colonization ranging from 8.66× 105 to 7.03× 106 cfu/g, while the least amount of colonization was in leaf, with the content of the strain ranging from 0.72× 103 to 3.54× 104 cfu/g. The strains had stronger colonization ability in sugarcane cultivars ROC22 and YT93-159. Pot experiment showed that strain YC89 had the best control effect on red rot of ROC22, with the efficacy of 61.11%. The above results indicated that YC89 had high potential application value in the prevention and control of sugarcane red rot
