刀孢蜡蚧菌ZJLP09可湿性粉剂的研制及对柑橘木虱的防效

Formulation Preparation of Lecanicillium psalliotae ZJLP09 Wettable Powder and Its Control Efficiency against Diaphorina citri

摘要: 刀孢蜡蚧菌Lecanicillium psalliotae ZJLP09对柑橘木虱具有强致病性,为进一步提升该菌株在柑橘生产中的实际应用效果,本研究从性能和生物相容性方面对载体和助剂进行了筛选,明确了刀孢蜡蚧菌ZJLP09可湿性粉剂的配方: 10%菌株ZJLP09分生孢子粉、1%润湿剂W-2002、1%分散剂Dispwet WP-410、0.3%紫外保护剂抗坏血酸、0.1%孢子萌发促进剂氯化钙、0.05%粘着剂黄原胶、87.55%载体凹凸棒土。所研制的可湿性粉剂的质量指标符合相关生防菌制剂的行业标准,以1.0×108个孢子/mL浓度处理5 d,制剂在室内条件下对柑橘木虱的校正死亡率可达92.50%,在田间大棚条件下也达80.55%。相较纯孢子悬浮液,刀孢蜡蚧菌ZJLP09可湿性粉剂对柑橘木虱的致死效果显著提升,有望用于柑橘木虱的生物防治。

Abstract: Lecanicillium psalliotae ZJLP09 is highly pathogenic to Diaphorina citri. To improve practical applying efficiency of this strain in citrus production, the current study screened carriers and auxiliaries in terms of performance and biocompatibility, which determined the following formula of L. psalliotae ZJLP09 wettable powder: 10% ZJLP09 conidia powder, 1% W-2002 as the wetting agent, 1% Dispwet WP-410 as the dispersant, 0.3% ascorbic acid as the UV protector, 0.1% calcium chloride as the spore germination promoter, 0.05% xanthan gum as the adhesive, 87.55% attapulgite clay as the carrier. The quality indicators of the prepared wettable powder confirmed to industry standards for relevant biocontrol agents. Through laboratory toxicity and field control tests, it was determined that the corrected mortality of D. citri treated for 5 days with a preparation with a concentration of 1.0×108 conidia/mL reached 92.5% at climate chamber conditions and 80.55% at field greenhouse conditions. Compared to pure conidia suspension, L. psalliotae ZJLP09 wettable powder has a significantly improved efficiency against D. citri, which supports its use in biocontrol of D. citri in citrus production.
