贝莱斯芽胞杆菌XY40-1悬浮剂研制及对辣椒疫病防治效果

Preparation of Bacillus velezensis XY40-1 Suspension Concentrate and Its Control Effect on Phytophthora Blight of Pepper

摘要: 本文以贝莱斯芽胞杆菌XY40-1悬浮剂为研究对象,进行助剂筛选及配方优化,并通过田间试验验证其对辣椒疫病的防治效果。结果表明,悬浮剂最佳配方为木质素磺酸钠1.5%,吐温-80 2.0%,黄原胶0.16%,脱脂乳粉0.5%,乙二醇4%,卡松0.16%,二甲基硅油0.2%。获得的贝莱斯芽胞杆菌XY40-1悬浮剂活菌数达到2.5×109 CFU/mL,pH为7.396,细度筛析大于95%,持久泡沫量为10 mL,倾倒后残余物质量分数为1%,洗涤后残余物质量分数为0.23%,均符合生物农药产品国家标准。田间试验结果表明,贝莱斯芽胞杆菌XY40-1悬浮剂对辣椒疫霉病的防效达到了80.47%,显著高于25%甲霜灵可湿性粉剂处理。

Abstract: This article takes Bacillus velezensis XY40-1 suspension as the research object, conduct additive screening and formula optimization, and its control effect on pepper blight was verified through field experiments. The results showed that the optimal formula for the suspension agent was sodium lignosulfonate 1.5%, Tween-80 2.0%, 2% xanthan gum 0.16%, skim milk powder 0.5%, ethylene glycol 4%, isothiazolinone 0.16%, and dimethyl silicone oil 0.2%. Viable bacteria count of B. velezensis XY40-1 suspension agent was 2.5×109 CFU/mL, pH was 7.396, fineness screening was greater than 95%, persistent foam amount was 10 mL, mass fraction of residue after pouring was 1%, and residual mass fraction after washing was less than 0.23%, these indices met the national standards for biopesticide products. The results of field experiments showed that, the control effect of B. velezensis XY40-1 suspension on pepper phytophthora reached 80.47%, significantly higher than the treatment with 25% metalaxyl wettable powder.
