烟盲蝽对烟粉虱、烟蚜和草地贪夜蛾的捕食功能评价

Predatory Functional Response of Nesidiocoris tenuis to Bemisia tabaci, Myzus persicae, and Spodoptera frugiperda

摘要: 为明确烟盲蝽Nesidiocoris tenuis的控害潜能,在室内条件下测定不同密度下5龄若虫、雌成虫和雄成虫对烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci、烟蚜Myzus persicae和草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda的捕食功能反应与搜寻效应。结果显示,烟盲蝽对三种猎物的捕食功能反应均符合HollingⅡ模型。其中,烟盲蝽雄成虫对烟粉虱伪蛹的瞬时攻击率最大(1.494);雌成虫对烟蚜1龄若蚜处置时间最短(0.022 d),理论日最大捕食量最高(44.46头)。当草地贪夜蛾1龄幼虫密度为10头/皿时,雌成虫对其搜寻效应最高(1.039)。随着猎物密度增加,烟盲蝽捕食量逐渐上升但增幅减缓,搜寻效应则逐渐降低。结论表明,烟盲蝽特别是雌成虫对三种害虫具有显著控害潜能,可作为生物防治的重要天敌资源。

Abstract: To clarify the pest control potential of Nesidiocoris tenuis as a natural enemy insect against agricultural pests, the predatory functional response and searching efficiency of its 5th instar nymphs, female adults, and male adults on Bemisia tabaci, Myzus persicae, and Spodoptera frugiperda were determined in artificial climate chambers in the laboratory. The results showed that the predatory functional responses of Nesidiocoris tenuis to the three prey species all conformed to the Holling Ⅱ model. Among them, the male adults had the highest instantaneous attack rate on B. tabaci nymphal pupa (1.494); the female adults had the shortest handling time on 1st-instar nymph of M. persicae (0.022 d) and the highest theoretical maximum daily predation amount (44.46 individuals). When the density of 1st-instar larva of S. frugiperda was 10 per dish, the female adults had the highest searching efficiency (1.039). With the increase of prey density, the predation amount of N. tenuis gradually increased but the growth rate slowed down, while the searching efficiency gradually decreased. These results indicate that N. tenuis, especially the female adults, has significant pest control potential against the three pests and can be used as an important natural enemy for biological control.
