淡紫拟青霉MCWA18菌株对爪哇根结线虫卵孵化的影响

摘要: 采用双温测定法,室内测定淡紫拟青霉MCWA18菌株对爪哇根结线虫卵孵化的影响,相对抑制率为62.08%。MCWA18菌株对经表面消毒和未经表面消毒的爪哇根结线虫卵囊的相对孵化抑制率分别为49.15%和22.70%,差异不显著;对爪哇根结线虫的卵囊和分散卵粒的相对孵化抑制率分别为57.40%和23.75%,差异显著。

Abstract: The egg hatching of root knot nematode Meloidogyne javanica by an isolate (MCWA18) of Paecilomyces lilacinus was investigated Results of the petri-dish test showed that egg hatching was suppressed by 62. 08% by spore suspension of the fungus after 18 d (7 d at 18℃ plus 12 d at 25℃) of inoculation The suppression of the egg hatching by MCWA18 in the egg masses with or without surface sterilization was 49.15% and 22 .70% respectively The difference was not statistically significant However the differences of percentage of egg hatching in spore suspension of MCWA18 between the eggs in the egg masses (57.40%) and the individual eggs (23. 75%) were significant
