温度对椰甲截脉姬小蜂功能反应的影响

摘要: 在16、20、24、28、32℃5个温度梯度下,测定了椰甲截脉姬小蜂对椰心叶甲的寄生情况。结果表明:在试验温度范围内各温度的功能反应数据均能用Holling圆盘方程很好地拟合;瞬时攻击率在一定范围内随温度的升高而增大,28℃时达到最高值,32℃显著下降;在16~32℃范围内,温度对处理时间影响较小;各温度下在供寄主的24h内,均有部分雌蜂并不产卵寄生于椰心叶甲幼虫,产卵寄生的雌蜂百分率随寄主密度增加而增加。

Abstract: Functional response of Asecodes hispinarum to the increase of larval density of Brontispa longissima was examined at temperatures 16, 20, 24, 28 and 32℃. The results showed that, the functional response fitted well by Holling's disc equation at temperature regime of 16-32℃. The rate of successful attack rose with increase of temperature, reaching the highest at 28℃ and then decreasing significantly. There was no influence of temperature on handing time. After exposed to various densities of Brontispa longissima 4th instar larvae for 24 h, some females failed to parasitize host larva. The percentage of females that parasitized at least one Brontispa longissima larva increased with the increase of host density.
