副珠蜡蚧阔柄跳小蜂对寄主发育阶段的选择性

Preference for Host Developmental Stage in Metaphycus parasaissetiae

摘要: 研究了副珠蜡蚧阔柄跳小蜂Metaphycus parasaissetiae Zhang and Huang在室内温度为25℃条件下对寄主橡副珠蜡蚧parasaissetia nigra Nietner成虫不同发育阶段的选择性,结果表明:副珠蜡蚧阔柄跳小蜂喜欢产卵于褐色期至少量幼虫出壳期的橡副珠蜡蚧成虫体内,只有在较高的接蜂比例条件下,初期成虫才能被寄生;单个寄主体内的产卵量以寄生产卵初期的成虫最高,寄生率和选择系数则均以褐色期成虫最高;副珠蜡蚧阔柄跳小蜂寄生于橡副珠蜡蚧的初期成虫至少量幼虫出壳成虫体内的发育历期差异不大,为16~17 d;出蜂数以产卵初期成虫最高,为112. 6头,明显高于其它几阶段。结合发育历期、寄生率、出蜂数等参数,橡副珠蜡蚧成虫的产卵初期和少量幼虫出壳期成虫是副珠蜡蚧阔柄跳小蜂寄生的最佳时期。

Abstract: A laboratory test was conducted to determine the preference for host stage in the parasitic wasp Metaphycus parasaissetiae Zhang and Huang on its host Parasaissetia nigra at 25℃. The results indicated that the parasitic wasp M. parasaissetiae preferred to oviposit on the host adults in brown phase and with a few larvae beginning to crawl out from their hull. The P. nigra adults in the early phase could be parasitized only when wasp to host ratio was high. Fecundity ofM. parasaissetiae in a single host was the highest when P. nigra adults were in early oviposition stage, parasitism rate and selection coefficient reached the highest level when the hosts were in the brown phase. The developmental durations ofM. parasaissetiae were about 16 to 17 days whenM. parasaissetiae parasitized in P. nigra adults from the early stage to the stage with a few larvae crawling out from their hull. The wasp offspring number reached the highest (112.6 on average) when M. parasaissetiae parasitized in P. nigra adults in early oviposition stage. These results indicate that the most suitable phases of P. nigra adults for parasitization by M. parasaissetiae were the brown phase and the stage with a few larvae crawling out from their hull.
