亚洲小车蝗痘病毒对绿僵菌治蝗的增效作用

The Enhancement of Metarhizium anisopliae Infection in Grasshopper Control by Oedaleus asiaticus Entomopoxvirus

摘要: 本文研究痘病毒与绿僵菌合用防治蝗虫的效果。结果表明,两者合用可以显著增加防治效果,用含毒的麦麸(痘病毒1.67×105OBs/头+绿僵菌1,67×105孢子/头)比单独用绿僵菌(1.67×105孢子/头)防治3龄黄胫小车蝗和东亚飞蝗效果好,感染10d的增效率分别为48.4%和40%。痘病毒增效作用与其用量有关,在混合剂中的含量越高,增效作用越强。

Abstract: The enhancement of Metarhizium anisopliae infection in grasshopper control by Oedaleus asiaticus entomopoxvirus was tested. The mortality of the 3rdinstar nymph of Oedaleus infernalis and Locusta migratoria manilensis inoculated with the mixture of OaEPV (1.67×105OBs per nymph) and M. anisopliae (1.67×105 spores per nymph) was higher than that inoculated with M. anisopliae (1.67×105 spores per nymph) alone. The rate of enhancement in the 10th day was 48.4% in O. infernalis and 40% in L. migratoria manilensis. The enhancing activity increased significantly as OaEPV in the mixture was increasing as the does.
