西瓜田笼罩下多异瓢虫对瓜蚜的控制作用

Control Effects of Hippodamia variegata on Aphis gossypii under Cage in Watermelon Fields

摘要: 本文对多异瓢虫Hippodamia variegata成虫对瓜蚜Aphis gossypii的捕食功能反应和西瓜田笼罩条件下释放多异瓢虫对瓜蚜的防治效果进行了研究。结果表明,多异瓢虫成虫对瓜蚜的捕食功能反应模型为: Na= 0.81228N/(1+0.013646N); 蛹/蚜为30/1000的处理释放后5d和11d对瓜蚜的防效分别达到80.43%和98%,卵/蚜为20/30的处理释放后7d和14d对瓜蚜的防效分别达到72.22%和87.36%,均表现出较好的防效,为两虫态的最适释放量,蛹为最适释放虫态。

Abstract: The predatory functional response and control effect of released Hippodamia variegata on watermelon aphid, Aphis gossypii in fields were investigated. Predatory functional response was fitted as Na=0.81228N/(1+0.013646N). The control efficacy reached 80.43% and 98%, respectively, on 5 d and 11 d after H. variegata was released as pupa at a rate of pupa/aphid = 30/1000, and was 72.22% and 87.36%, respectively, on 7 d and 14 d after H. variegata was released as egg at a rate of egg/aphid = 20/30. The results demonstrated the optimal release rates for H. variegata pupa and egg, and pupa was superior to egg in release of H. variegata for control of the aphid.
