Preparation and Application of 200 million CFU/mL HNI-1 Suspension Concentrate

摘要: 2.0亿CFU/mL嗜硫小红卵菌HNI-1悬浮剂防治对象为番茄根结线虫和番茄花叶病。番茄根结线虫防治选择番茄移栽时进行灌根处理,每季使用2~3次,用量400~600 mL/667 m2;番茄花叶病防治选择发病前或发病初期,采用喷雾方式,每季使用2~3次,用量180~240 mL/667 m2。该制剂为纯生物制剂,使用后未见药害发生;对捕食天敌、寄生天敌低毒或无影响。

Abstract: The control targets of 200 million CFU/mL HNI-1 suspension concentrate were tomato root-knot nematode and tomato mosaic disease. For tomato root-knot nematode control, root irrigation was carried out when tomatoes were transplanted. 200 million CFU/mL HNI-1 suspension concentrate was applied 2—3 times per crop season, with the dosage of 400—600 mL/667 m2. The application period for tomato mosaic disease was chosen before or at the early stage of the disease. HNI-1 was sprayed 2—3 times per season, with the dosage of 180—240 mL/667 m2. HNI-1 is pure biological preparation, and no drug harm has been found after application. There is low toxicity or no effect on predators and parasitic predators.
