麦蛾茧蜂防治粉斑螟的防控潜力评价

Control Efficiency of Habrobracon hebetor Say against Ephestia cautella

摘要: 为了明确麦蛾茧蜂对粉斑螟的防控潜能,研究了在30℃和相对湿度75%条件下,以粉斑螟为自然寄主连续饲养的第1世代、第20世代、第40世代、第60世代、第80世代的麦蛾茧蜂对末龄粉斑螟幼虫的功能反应模型,评估了实仓空间中麦蛾茧蜂对粉斑螟幼虫的实际控制能力和持续防治潜能。结果表明,不同世代的麦蛾茧蜂对末龄粉斑螟幼虫的功能反应符合Holling II模型,对粉斑螟的麻痹能力存在显著差异。室内试验表明,随着寄主密度的增加,麦蛾茧蜂对粉斑螟的麻痹量逐渐增加,寄生率没有明显规律,搜寻效应逐渐降低。实仓空间试验表明,在长39.5 m、宽14.7 m、高2.7 m的空间中,设置1个释放点,麦蛾茧蜂能够在3 d内控制空间中的全部粉斑螟幼虫(720头)。研究结果证明,麦蛾茧蜂对粉斑螟的防控潜力大,在食品加工场所和仓储环境的绿色防控中具有良好的开发利用前景。

Abstract: The control efficiency of the parasitoid wasp Habrobracon hebetor Say against Ephestia cautella was evaluated at 30 ℃ and 75% relative humidity through establishing functional reaction of different generations of H. hebetor (the 1st, 20th, 40th, and 80th generation reared on E. cautella) to E. cautella and measuring the actual control ability and sustainable control potential of H. hebetor against the larvae of E. cautella in a storehouse. The results showed that the functional response of H. hebetor to E. cautella fitted with the Holling Ⅱ model. And the H. hebetor wasps reared on E. cautella larvae differed significantly in parasitic capacity between different generations. The laboratory experiments showed that, with the increase of host density, paralysis of E. cautella by H. hebetor females gradually increased, parasitism rate did not change, and the searching efficiency gradually decreased. The storehouse experiments showed that, with one release point in a storehouse of 39.5 m×14.7 m×2.7 m (length×width×height), the wasps parasitized all the larvae (720 larvae) in the space within 3 days. The results show that H. hebetor has great potential in controlling E. cautella and has a good prospect of development and utilization in the green prevention and control of the pest in food processing sites and storage environment.
