玫瑰黄链霉菌联合杀菌剂对烟草疫霉的防治效果

Control Effect of Streptomyces roseoflavus and Fungicides on Phytophthora nicotianae

摘要: 为提高玫瑰黄链霉菌Streptomyces roseoflavus LN33对烟草黑胫病致病菌烟草疫霉Phytophthora nicotianae的防治效果。采用菌丝生长速率法测定了3种杀菌剂和LN33对烟草疫霉菌丝生长的毒力,计算EC50值;采用平板计数法测定3种杀菌剂与LN33的生物相容性,同时采用Horsfall法确定复配方案。试验结果表明,甲霜灵和烯酰吗啉对烟草疫霉菌丝生长具有较好的抑制作用,EC50分别为0.26和0.92 μg/mL;甲霜灵和烯酰吗啉与LN33具有较好的生物相容性,当3.41×107cfu/mL LN33菌悬液与0.26μg/mL甲霜灵体积比为6:4时,IR值为1.032。复配剂对烟草疫霉菌丝生长抑制率达77.06%,室内盆栽防效达86.96%,显著高于单剂防效。研究表明,甲霜灵可与玫瑰黄链霉菌LN33联用防治烟草黑胫病并减少一半化学农药施用量。

Abstract: This study aims to improve control effect ofStreptomyces roseoflavus LN33 on tobacco black shank by screening out fungicides and ratio combined with LN33. Toxicity of 3 kinds of fungicides and LN33 on Phytophthora nicotianane was determined with inhibition zone method and EC50values were calculated. Plate culture count method was used to determine the biocompatibility of fungicides and LN33, and the mixture scheme was determined with Horsfall method. The results showed that the EC50 values of metalaxyl and dimethomorph against P. nicotiananewere 0.26 and 0.92 μg/mL, respectively, while the EC50 value of metalaxyl was the lowest, which was only 0.26 μg/mL, and metalaxyl showed good biocompatibility with LN33. The IR value was 1.032 when volume ratio was 6:4 of 0.26 μg/mL metalaxyl and 3.41×107cfu/mL LN33. The growth inhibition rate and control efficacy of compounds on P. nicotianae in pot experiment were 86.96% and 77.06%, respectively,significantly higher that single dose. Therefore, metalaxyl can combine with S. roseoflavusLN33 to control P. nicotianae wilt, and only half amount of fungicide would be applied in the compound.
