东亚小花蝽对四种害虫的捕食作用

Predations of Orius sauteri (Hemiptera: Anthocoridae) on Four Insect Pests

摘要: 室内饲养的东亚小花蝽Orius sauteri成虫对棉蓟马成虫、烟粉虱4龄若虫、朱砂叶螨雌成螨和甘蓝蚜成虫的捕食作用、种内干扰作用测定结果表明: 捕食功能反应均符合HollingⅡ型; 东亚小花蝽对棉蓟马的捕食量符合Na=1.0819Nt/(1+0.08485Nt),对朱砂叶螨的捕食量符合Na=2.704Nt/(1+0.1423Nt),对烟粉虱的捕食量符合Na=1.9641Nt/(1+0.2455Nt),对甘蓝蚜的捕食量符合Na=1.5912Nt/(1+0.1808Nt)。东亚小花蝽的捕食作用有较强的种内干扰反应,捕食率与个体间相互干扰的关系符合Hassell模型。东亚小花蝽的捕食量与害虫密度正相关,寻找效应与害虫密度负相关。在这4种害虫中,小花蝽对朱砂叶螨的瞬间攻击率和最大捕食量均最大、处置时间最短,对棉蓟马的瞬间攻击率最小,对烟粉虱的最大捕食量最小、处置时间最长。

Abstract: The predation capacity of Orius sauteri adults on four insect pests, adults of Thrips tabaci, 4th larvae of Bemisia tabaci, female adults of Tetranychus cinnabarinus and adults of Brevicoryne brassicae were studied in laborotary. Results showed that the functional responses of adults O. sauteri to four insect pests could be described with Holling II equation, i.e., Na=1.0819Nt/(1+0.08485Nt) on T. tabaci, Na=2.704Nt/(1+0.1423Nt) on B. tabaci, Na=1.9641Nt/(1+0.2455Nt) on T. cinnabarinus, Na=1.5912Nt/(1+0.1808Nt) on B. brassicae, respectively. The predation capacity of O. sauteri was strongly interfered by its own density, and the relationship between predation efficiency and intraspecific interference could be described with Hassell model. The predation rate of O. sauteri was positively related with prey densities, as its searching efficiency was negatively associated with prey densities. The maximum attack rate (a') and predation capacity (Na) of O. sauteri on T. cinnabarinus were revealed among four preys, meanwhile the shortest handling time (T\-h) was observed on T. cinnabarinus, but the minimum attack rate on T. tabaci, and the minimum predation capacity and the longest handling time on B. tabaci.
