玛草蛉捕食米蛾卵和粉蚧的实验种群生命表比较

Life Table of Experimental Population of Mallada sp. Feeding on Corcyra cephalonica (Stainton) and Pseudococcidae

摘要: 分别以米蛾卵和粉蚧若虫作为食料饲养玛草蛉Mallada sp.,并采用实验种群生命表的方法进行饲养效率评价。结果显示:米蛾卵和粉蚧若虫处理的幼期累计存活率(ΠSi)分别为0.5679和0.4859;世代历期(T)分别为57.3913 d和51.8126 d;单雌平均产卵量分别为128.8750粒和33.9000粒;雌性比率分别为0.5217和0.3125;种群趋势指数(I)分别为38.1822和5.1475;内禀增长率(rm)分别为0.0635和0.0316;周限增长率(λ)分别为1.0656和1.0321。表明玛草蛉捕食米蛾卵的实验种群特定年龄生命表参数均高于以粉蚧若虫为食料饲养的参数。

Abstract: The rearing efficiency of Mallada sp. on eggs of Corcyra cephalonica (Stainton) or Pseudococcidae was evaluated by life table analysis of experimental populations. The results showed cumulative survival rate of immature (ΠSi) on eggs of C. cephalonica and Pseudococcidae was 0.5679 and 0.4859 respectively, generation duration (T) was 57.3913 d and 51.8126 d, average fecundity was 128.8750 and 33.9000, female rate was 0.5217 and 0.3125, population trend index (I) was 38.1822 and 5.1475, intrinsic rate of increase (rm) was 0.0635 and 0.0316, finite rate of increase (λ) was 1.0656 and 1.0321. The age-specific life table parameters of experimental population of Mallada sp. feeding on eggs of C. cephalonica were all larger than those on Pseudococcidae.
