台湾甲腹茧蜂的生物学特性

A Preliminary Study on the Biological Characteristics of Chelonus formosanus Sonan

摘要: 在恒温条件下, 以台湾甲腹茧蜂Chelonus formosanus Sonan为研究对象, 测定其各虫态的发育历期、发育起点温度和有效积温;研究了不同处理温度下补充营养对台湾甲腹茧蜂成虫寿命的影响。结果表明:该蜂卵-幼虫期、蛹、全世代发育起点温度分别为11.24℃、18.38℃和13.72℃, 有效积温分别为251.90日度、69.84日度和319.24日度。随着温度的升高, 成虫寿命缩短;饲喂5%蜂蜜最佳, 5%葡萄糖和5%蔗糖次之, 清水最差。本文为利用台湾甲腹茧蜂防治甜菜夜蛾提供理论依据。

Abstract: Developmental time, threshold temperature and effective accumulated temperature of Chelonus formosanus were determined under constant temperature, and effect of nutrition and temperature on adult longevity was also investigated. Threshold temperature and effective accumulated temperature of C. formosanus were 11.24℃ and 251.90, respectively, for egg-larva instars; 18.38℃ and 69.84, respectively, for pupae; 13.72℃ and 319.24, respectively, for egg-adult. Adult longevity shortened with increasing temperature. Adult longevity of C. formosanus was the longest on 5% honey, followed by 5% glucose and 5% sucrose, and the shortest on water. These results provide basic data for use of C. formosanus in control of Spodoptera exigua (Hübner).
