武夷菌素高产菌株选育及应用研究进展

摘要: 武夷菌素是一种具有自主知识产权的高效、广谱、低毒生物农药,对粮食、蔬菜和果树及经济作物的真菌病害具有良好的防治效果。本文分别从传统育种和基因工程育种两个方面,介绍了武夷菌素高产菌株的选育研究历程,尤其详细介绍了基因工程育种体系的构建。同时,综述了武夷菌素的田间防治效果,分析了研究和应用过程中存在的问题并提出了解决途径。

Abstract: Wuyiencin is an efficient, broad-spectrum and pollution-free new biological pesticide with intellectual-property rights, which has a good biocontrol effect on grain, vegetables, fruit trees and various cash plants for fungal diseases. We have introduced the development process of high yield strains breeding for wuyiencin from the aspects of conventional breeding and genetic engineering breeding, especially the construction of genetic engineering breeding system in detail. At the same time, we have summarized the field control effects of wuyiencin and analyzed the problems existing in the studies and application together with proposed effective solutions.
