生防菌混合接种对葡萄灰霉病菌的防治效果

Control Effect of Mixed Inoculation of Different Biocontrol Strains on Botrytis cinerea

摘要: 本研究以葡萄灰霉病菌Botrytis cinerea为靶标菌,通过抑菌圈试验、分生孢子萌发抑制试验、离体果实接种试验,将枯草芽胞杆菌Bacillus subtilis GLB191和短小芽胞杆菌Bacillus pumilus GLB197生防菌株单独或混合接种,初步探究了单菌株和两菌株混合对葡萄灰霉病菌的抑制效果。试验结果表明,各处理抑菌圈大小达30 mm以上,灰霉孢子萌发抑制率达94%以上,其中两菌株混合500倍稀释液对孢子萌发抑制率高于单菌株处理;离体果实接种试验表明,两菌株混合处理病斑抑制率高达70.89%,高于单菌株GLB191和GLB197的病斑抑制率55.48%和52.91%。田间防效试验表明,两菌株混合防效与化学药剂无显著差异,防效为70.02%。因此,两菌株混合接种可更有效地防治葡萄灰霉病的发生。

Abstract: Inhibition effect of Bacillus subtilis GLB191 and B. pumilus GLB197 single strain and mixed strains against B. cinerea was investigated by inhibition zone test, inhibition test of conidia germination and in vitro inoculation on fruit. The results showed that the inhibition zone size of each treatment was more than 30 mm, and the inhibition rate of spore germination was more than 94%. The mixture of the two strains with 500 times dilution inhibited the spore germination higher than single strain. In vitro inoculation on fruit test showed that the lesion inhibition rate of the mixed strains treatment was up to 70.89%,higher than that of the single strain GLB191 and GLB197, which was 55.48% and 52.91%, respectively. Field trials indicated that control efficiency of the mixed strains was no significant difference with chemical agents, with the efficacy of 70.02%. Therefore, mixed inoculation of the two strains can be applied in grape grey mold control.
