大草蛉幼虫人工饲料最优配方的饲养效果及其中肠主要消化酶的活性测定

Activities of Major Digestive Enzymes in the Midgut of Chrysopa pallens (Rambur) Larva Fed on Artificial Diets

摘要: 以脱脂蝇蛆粉为大草蛉幼虫人工饲料的基础成分,采用胶囊法配制人工饲料饲养大草蛉幼虫,获得幼虫存活率96.7%,羽化率65.5%,幼虫发育历期13.7±0.5d,蛹重20.08±1.59mg。对优化配方饲养的大草蛉3龄幼虫中肠蛋白酶、海藻糖酶和脂肪酶三种消化酶进行活性测定,结果表明: 人工饲料组的蛋白酶活力比饲喂蚜虫对照组高3.88倍; 海藻糖酶活力高出比例为0.65; 脂肪酶活力相差比例为0.46。说明该人工饲料中的蛋白含量过高,而脂类含量则有所欠缺。测定结果为今后的饲料配方进一步改进提供一定依据。

Abstract: Larva of Chrysopa pallens (Rambur) were fed with capsule artificial diet based on the defatted-powder of housefly larva. On this diet, larval development period was 13.7±0.5 d, larval survival rate, 96.7%, adult eclosion rate, 65.5%, and pupal weight, 20.1±1.6 mg. Activities of three main digestive enzymes in the midgut of the third instars of C. pallens were detected to exam the effect of the artificial diet. Activity of protease was 3.88-folds higher in the larvae fed with artificial diets than in those fed with aphids, activity of trehalase was also 0.65-folds higher in the former than in the latter, while activity of lipase was lower in the former than in the latter by 0.46-folds. These findings indicate that the dietary protein was too high, while the fat was a little lower, which may help further improvement of the artificial diets for C. pallens.
