替代饲料饲养对红肩瓢虫捕食作用的影响

Influence of Substitute Diet on Predation of Harmonia dimidiata Fabricius

摘要: 为了研究替代饲料饲养对红肩瓢虫Harmonia dimidiata Fabricius捕食作用的影响,本文以地中海粉螟卵Ephestia kuehniella Zeller加水或蜂蜜水饲喂红肩瓢虫至成虫,测定其对豆蚜Aphis craccivora Koch的捕食功能反应和寻找效应。研究表明:各处理红肩瓢虫对豆蚜的捕食功能反应类型均属于Holling-Ⅱ型。同一猎物密度下,理论日最大捕食量、控害效能(a/Th值)、搜寻效应由高到低均为对照组(豆蚜)处理,地中海粉螟卵加蜂蜜处理,地中海粉螟卵加水处理,但红肩瓢虫同性别间的实际日捕食量均无显著性差异。经分析,地中海粉螟卵的饲喂不影响红肩瓢虫的捕食功能反应类型,也基本不影响对豆蚜的捕食能力,而适当添加蜂蜜可提高红肩瓢虫对豆蚜的捕食能力,生产中可使用地中海粉螟卵加适量蜂蜜来扩繁红肩瓢虫。在无竞争状态下,饲喂地中海粉螟卵加蜂蜜的红肩瓢虫雌、雄成虫对豆蚜的最佳寻找密度为101.78、90.2,在此蚜虫密度下,红肩瓢虫可发挥最大捕食效能,可作为田间应用的益害比例参考。

Abstract: The effect of feeding substitute diet on the predation ability of Harmonia dimidiata Fabricius was investigated by feeding the predator with the eggs of Ephestia kuehniella Zeller and water or honey water until adult and measuring the predator's functional response and searching efficacy to Aphis craccivora Koch. The results showed that the predation functional response of H. dimidiata to A. craccivora in each handling conformed to Holling Ⅱ model. Under the same predation density, the theoretical maximum daily predation amount, pest control efficiency (a/Th value), and searching efficiency ranked from high to low were control treatment (A. craccivora), EH treatment (eggs of E. kuehniella with honey), EW treatment (eggs of E. kuehniella with water). However, there was no significant difference in the actual daily predation amount of H. dimidiata of the same sex. According to the analyses, feeding on the eggs of E. kuehniella neither affected the type of predation functional response of H. dimidiata or the predation of A. craccivora. The appropriate addition of honey can improve the predation ability of H. dimidiata to A. craccivora. At the same time, the eggs of E. kuehniella and appropriate amount of honey can be used in mass production of H. dimidiata. Under the condition of no competition, to the prey A. craccivora, the optimal search densities of the female and male adults of H. dimidiata fed E. kuehniella eggs and honey were 101.78 and 90.2, respectively. Under these densities of A. craccivora, H. dimidiata predation can reach the maximum efficiency, which can be used as a reference for the ratio of benefit to harm in field application.
