两种复合微生物制剂对当归麻口病的田间防效

Effects of Microbial Compound Preparations on Makou Diseases And Growth of Angelica sinensis in Fields

摘要: 当归是重要中药材,甘肃是重要产区,但近年因轮作年限缩短致由线虫和多种真菌复合侵染所致的麻口病严重发生。本研究在甘肃省宕昌县的重病地测试有效成分为金龟子绿僵菌、哈茨木霉菌和球孢白僵菌的“保稼灵”与有效成分为枯草芽胞杆菌和粉红粘帚霉菌的“粉钻”两种复合微生物制剂对该病的防治效果。结果显示,在当归移栽时以该两种复合生防菌剂不同剂量穴施处理土壤均可显著促进当归生长和减轻麻口病的发生,但并非用量愈高,促生和防效愈好。在所测试的“保稼灵”三个用量中,以低剂量(75kg/hm2)处理土壤时,防效和增产效果最好,分别为63.66%和54.84%;同样,在所测试的“粉钻”三个用量中,也以低剂量(37.5 kg/hm2)时的防效和增产效果最好,分别为45.78%和40.30%。但两种复合菌剂的用量分别提升到225和112.5 kg/hm2时,特等归的比例均显著提高,分别达30%和33%。总之,不论剂量大小和使用何种监测指标,所测试的两种复合菌剂均对当归显示明显的促生作用和对麻口病的明显防效,建议今后在当归生产上大面积推广应用。

Abstract: Angelica sinensis is an important traditional medicinal herb in China. Makou disease caused by several fungi, nematode and insects is becoming more and more serious in South Gansu, a major production area of the herb, as rotation period is shortened due to land deficiency. Here we report the control efficiency and growth promotion effects in heavily infested field in Tanchang County on the herb and the diseases of two microbial compound preparations, “Baojialing” and “Fenzuan”, which contain Metarhizium anisopliae, Beauveria bassiana and Trichoderma harzianu, and Bacillus subtilis and Gliocladium roseum, respectively. Investigation demonstrated that both the preparations could promote growth of the herb and reduce the disease occurrence when they were mixed with fine dry soil and delivered into planting-hole during transplantation of the herb. However, it is not the truth that the higher dosage the better effect. In fact, among the 3 dosages of “Baojialing” tested, the lowest dosage (75 kg/hm2) expressed the best control efficiency against the disease by 63.66% and highest yield increment rate by 54.84%. Quite similarly, the lowest dosage (37.5 kg/hm2) of “Fenzuan” among the 3 ones tested also showed the best effects in control efficiency (45.78%) and growth promotion (40.30%). We analysed the reasons of the phenomenon and suggested a lower application dosage although a higher dosage could increase the rate of top-graded commercial roots of the herb. Conclusively, “Baojialing” and “Fenzuan” are two effective microbial preparations deserving extension in large area in Angelica sinensis production.
