性诱剂与生防真菌联用防治大豆食心虫

Sex Pheromone Combined with Biocontrol Fungus for Control of Leguminivora glycinivorella

摘要: 为探索哈尔滨地区田间大豆食心虫的生物防治措施,本文开展了性诱剂与生防真菌联用对田间大豆食心虫的防控效果研究。2023年单项生防措施研究结果表明,诱芯A和金龟子绿僵菌CQMa421比诱芯B和球孢白僵菌ZJU435更适合在哈尔滨地区防治田间大豆食心虫。2024年联合防治研究结果表明,在大豆食心虫羽化前放置60个诱芯A/hm2处理的虫荚率、虫食率和为害株率防效均在36.17%以下,金龟子绿僵菌CQMa421低推荐剂量600 mL/hm2和高推荐剂量1200 mL/hm2在8月11日单独施用对田间大豆食心虫的虫荚率、虫食率和为害株率均显著低于氯虫苯甲酰胺75 g/hm2处理; 60个诱芯A/hm2与1200 mL/hm2金龟子绿僵菌CQMa421联合施用与氯虫苯甲酰胺处理的虫荚率、虫食率、为害株率和产量无显著差异,防效均达到78%以上。综上所述,性诱剂与金龟子绿僵菌联用具有良好的防治效果,可以作为哈尔滨地区田间大豆食心虫的生物防控措施。

Abstract: This study aims to explore the biological control measures of Leguminivora glycinivorella in Harbin by combining sex pheromone with biocontrol fungus in field tests. In 2023, the results of individual biocontrol measure tests suggested that lure A and Metarhizium anisopliae CQMa421 were more suitable than lure B and Beauveria basiana ZJU435, respectively, for controlling L. glycinivorella in Harbin. In 2024, the test results of sex pheromone combined with M. anisopliae revealed that the pod damage rate, seed damage rate and plant damage rate were all less than 36.17% when the sex pheromone traps of lure A were setup at 60 per hm2 before the borer adult emergence. The pod damage rate, seed damage rate and plant damage rate were significantly lower when the plants were sprayed with the low (600 mL/hm2) and high (1200 mL/hm2) recommended dosage of M. anisopliae CQMa421 on August 11 than when 75 g/hm2 of chlorantraniliprole was sprayed. There was no significant difference in pod damage rate, seed damage rate and plant damage rate and yield between the sex pheromone (lure A) combined with 1200 mL per hm2 of M. anisopliae CQMa421 and chlorantraniliprole, all being>78%. In summary, sex pheromone combined with M. anisopliae is prospective as a biological control measure for L. glycinivorella in Harbin.
