两种芽胞杆菌联合使用对黄花菜三线镰孢叶斑病的防控作用

Control Effect of Combined Bacillus Species on Fusarium tricinctum Leaf Spot Disease of Hemerocallis citrine

摘要: 叶斑病是当前危害黄花菜最严重的一类病害,山西省黄花菜叶斑病主要由三线镰孢菌引起。为有效防控黄花菜三线镰孢叶斑病,通过盆栽试验测定贝莱斯芽胞杆菌TG4和解淀粉芽胞杆菌YP4单独和联合使用对黄花菜三线镰孢叶斑病的防治效果以及联合增效作用,并初步探究了两种生防菌的生防机制。结果表明,贝莱斯芽胞杆菌TG4和解淀粉芽胞杆菌YP4均具有保护和治疗作用,两者的菌体、发酵上清液、挥发性物质均对三线镰孢菌KHT2均有较好的抑菌作用。两种生防菌具有较好的生物相容性。两种生防菌等体积(5:5)混配108 cfu/mL菌悬液的拮抗作用增效比率1.03,盆栽防效增效比率为1.05,表明该处理具有增效作用;等体积(5:5)混配菌悬液10稀释液(107 cfu/mL)的拮抗作用和盆栽防效的增效比率分别为9.67和9.97,增效作用明显,可作为两种生防菌混合菌液生产的配比方案。该试验结果可为黄花菜三线镰孢菌叶斑病绿色防控和生防菌联合使用研究提供数据支撑。

Abstract: Leaf spot disease is one of the most serious diseases of Hemerocallis citrine, and the main pathogen of the disease is Fusarium tricinctum in Shanxi province. In order to control the disease more effectively, the individual effect and allied effect of Bacillus velezensis TG4 and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens YP4 were investigated by pot experiments plant using spray inoculation, and the biocontrol mechanism of two bacteria was preliminarily explored. The result showed that both two bacteria had protective and therapeutic effects. The pellet, fermentation supernatant and volatile substances of TG4 and YP4 had good antibacterial activity against Fusarium tricinctum KHT2. The antagonistic synergistic ratio of 108 cfu/mL bacterial suspension mixed with two bacteria in equal volume (5:5) was 1.03, and the synergistic ratio of pot control effect was 1.05, indicating that the treatment had mixed synergistic effect. The synergistic ratios of antagonistic effect and pot control effect of 107 cfu/mL bacterial suspension mixed with two bacteria in equal volume (5:5) were 9.67 and 9.97, respectively. It could be used as a ratio scheme for the production of two biocontrol bacteria mixed bacterial solution. The results can provide data support for the prevention of F. tricinctum leaf spot disease of Hemerocallis citrine and the study on the combined use of biocontrol bacteria.
