生防细菌SY286的筛选及其对葡萄霜霉病的防治效果研究

Screening of Antagonistic Bacteria SY286 and Its Effect on Grapevine Downy Mildew

摘要: 从辽宁省9个地区葡萄园采集葡萄叶片36份,分离获得303株细菌,并筛选出对葡萄霜霉病菌Plasmopara viticola具有抑制作用的12株细菌,其中抑制作用最强的为菌株SY286,其在离体叶片上对葡萄霜霉病防效可达93.18%。在2012—2013年进行2次田间防效试验,结果表明菌株SY286发酵原液对葡萄霜霉病防效可达80%以上。抑菌谱试验表明,该菌株对供试的10种植物病原真菌均有较好的抑菌作用,抑菌带宽度为5.93~24.90 mm。经形态观察、生理生化特征和16S rDNA同源性分析,鉴定为苍白杆菌Ochrobactrum sp.。

Abstract: Thirty-six samples of grapevine leaves were collected from nine locations in Liaoning province. Three hundred and three bacterial strains were isolated from leaves of grapevine for determining to antagonistic activity in vitro against Plasmopara viticola. Among the tested isolates, 12 isolates showed different levels of antagonism in detached leaf assay, strain SY286 reduced disease severity to the maximum level (93.18%) in detached leaves as well as showed good control effect (above 80%) in the field assay in 2012 and 2013. Inhibition spectrum tests showed that the strain SY286 could significantly inhibit against 10 tested fungal phytopathogens, and the diameter of inhibition zone ranged from 5.93 to 24.90 mm. Based on its characteristics in morphology, physiology, biochemistry and 16S rDNA sequence, we identified strain as Ochrobactrum sp..
