三株拮抗细菌的鉴定及抑菌作用研究

Identification and Antifungal Activity of Three Antagonistic Bacteria Strains

摘要: 为了充分发掘和利用有益微生物资源,本文以草莓根腐尖孢镰刀菌Fusarium oxysporum为靶标菌,从草莓根际土壤中分离筛选得到3株拮抗细菌,通过培养性状与形态特征、生理生化特征以及16S rDNA同源序列比对分析进行了鉴定,菌株1-9和9-4为多粘类芽孢杆菌Paenibacillus polymyxa、菌株12-4为枯草芽孢杆菌Bacillus subtilis。这3株细菌对草莓根腐尖孢镰刀菌的抑菌作用进行了初步的研究,结果表明,3株拮抗细菌对草莓根腐尖孢镰刀菌的生长有很好的抑制作用,镜下观察对菌丝有致畸作用,其培养滤液还能够抑制草莓根腐病尖孢镰刀菌分生孢子的产生与萌发。

Abstract: Three antifungal bacteria were isolated from strawberry rhizosphere soil with strawberry root rot pathogen Fusarium oxysporum as target plant pathogen. The three strains were identified according to their culture characteristic, morphology, physiological and biochemical property and 16s rDNA sequence analysis. The results showed that strains 1-9 and 9-4 were identified as Paenibacillus polymyxa, and 12-4 was identified as Bacillus subtilis. The three strains of antagonistic bacteria exhibited inhibition activity to the hypha growth, morphology and sporulation against F. oxysporum. The culture filtrate of the three antifungal strains also inhibited the conidial germination of F. oxysporum.
