Abstract: This study aimed to determine the control effect of mineral source fungicide cuprous oxide WP mixed with chemical fungicide on lily leaf spot. In vitro leaf method and spray method were used to determine the synergistic effect and pesticide duration of 86.2% cuprous oxide WP mixed with three chemical fungicides. The results showed that these mixture agents of 86.2% cuprous oxide WP:70% oxazine SP (7:3), 86.2% cuprous oxide WP:80% mancozeb WP (2:8, 7:3, 9:1) showed synergic effects of the inhibition on Alternaria alternata. Their EC50 values were 22.29, 21.48, 37.58, 95.68 μg/mL and CTC were 237.03, 134.25, 169.05, and 127.89, respectively. The mixture agent of 86.2% cuprous oxide WP and 70% hymexazol SP (7:3) had the best disease control effect, with the protective efficacy and the therapeutic efficacy in vitro of 86.13% and 78.21%, respectively. The field control efficacy was 75.21%, the duration was seven days, and it was safe to Lanzhou lily. It was found that the mixture of 86.2% cuprous oxide WP and 70% hymexazol SP at 7:3 had the highest effect on the leaf spot of lily and the longest duration, which could be used for field control.
