Abstract: To make use of Lobesia botrana pheromone in field application, L. botrana populations were monitored using intelligent pest monitoring instruments, intelligent pheromone light traps, delta traps, and bucket traps, and their effectiveness were analyzed. The control efficiency and costs of three mating disruption techniques——intelligent mating disruption dispensers, film mating disruption dispensers, and fiber mating disruption dispensers were compared. The results showed that the delta trap exhibited higher and more stable trapping effectiveness, followed by the intelligent pest monitoring instrument, with no significant difference between the two. However, the intelligent pest monitoring instrument showed a lag in sensitivity compared to the delta trap. Lower trapping catches were recorded for the pheromone light trap and bucket trap. The average mating disruption rates of the intelligent mating disruption dispenser, film mating disruption dispenser, and fiber dispenser were all above 80%, while the lowest fruit infestation rate was observed in the plot with fiber dispensers. Compared to chemical control, the fiber dispenser demonstrated the best control efficiency with lower costs. The intelligent pest monitoring instrument and delta trap can both be applied as monitoring technologies in the field. The film mating disruption dispenser and fiber dispenser can both be applied as green control technologies in the field.
