甲基营养型芽胞杆菌WF-3微粉剂的研制及对黄瓜炭疽病的防治效果

Preparation of Micropowder of Bacillus methylotrophicus WF-3 and Its Control Effect on Cucumber Anthracnose

摘要: 以甲基营养型芽胞杆菌WF-3为研究对象,通过对载体、润湿剂、分散剂、保护剂的筛选,确定了甲基营养型芽胞杆菌微粉剂的最佳配方。其最佳配方为:白炭黑10%,润湿剂K12 2%,分散剂NNO 2%,保护剂CMC 0.5%,煅烧高岭土85.5%。测定结果表明,甲基营养型芽胞杆菌WF-3微粉剂含菌量2.07×1010cfu/g,分散指数83.31%,润湿时间11.4 s,pH 6.8,杂菌率2.6%,含水率0.98%,细度通过率98%(≤8.13 μm),热贮分解率为4.02%,产品各项指标均达到标准。盆栽条件下,甲基营养型芽胞杆菌WF-3微粉剂对黄瓜炭疽病的保护效果优于治疗效果,防效分别为77.38%和72.69%。

Abstract: By screening the carriers, wetting agents, dispersing agents and protection agents for Bacillus methylotrophicus WF-3, the optimal formulation were confirmed as follows:the content of filler carbon-white and calcined kaolin, dispersing agent NNO, wetting agent K12 and UV protection agents CMC were 10.0, 85.5%, 2.0%, 2.0% and 0.5%, respectively. The quality detection showed that the spores content of B. methylotrophicus WF-3 micropowder could come up to 2.07×1010 cfu/g, the pH value was 6.8, the rate of heterozygous bacteria was 2.6%, the water content was 0.98%, the fineness rate was 98% (≤ 8.13 μm), the spore dispersion index was 83.31%, dispersing time was 11.4 s, and thermal decomposition rate of storage was 4.02%, which came up to the formulation standard. Pot experiment demonstrated that the protective effects of B. methylotrophicus WF-3 micropowder on cucumber anthracnose was better than the therapeutic effect, and the efficacies were 77.38% and 72.69%, respectively.
