东方粘虫对异色瓢虫生长发育及繁殖的影响

Effects of Mythimna separata on Development and Fecundity of Harmonia axyridis

摘要: 为明确东方粘虫对异色瓢虫的饲养效果,本文利用东方粘虫卵粒、低龄幼虫和高龄幼虫对异色瓢虫进行人工饲养,研究这3种饲料对异色瓢虫生长发育及繁殖的影响。结果表明:取食这3种饲料的异色瓢虫发育历期、成虫体质量、存活率和繁殖均存在显著差异。其中,卵粒组的异色瓢虫全幼虫期发育历期(9.85 d)显著短于低龄幼虫(10.45 d)和高龄幼虫(11.28 d)组,但蛹期(5.80 d)显著延长;3组间的异色瓢虫蛹重和成虫体质量均无显著差异,仅卵粒组的雌成虫体质量显著为高(30.39 mg);取食卵粒组异色瓢虫全幼虫期的存活率(100%)显著高于低龄幼虫(83.33%)和高龄幼虫组(40.00%),卵粒和低龄幼虫组蛹期存活率皆为100%,显著高于高龄幼虫组(50.00%);仅有取食卵粒的异色瓢虫能够正常产卵,且单雌最高产卵量为1585粒,而取食低龄幼虫和高龄幼虫的异色瓢虫只会出现交配行为。综合试验结果和饲养情况来看,3种饲料均能满足异色瓢虫生长发育的需要,但仅有卵粒能满足异色瓢虫的繁殖需求。以卵粒作为异色瓢虫的人工饲料具有可行性。

Abstract: The eggs, young and old larvae of Mythimna separata were used as prey for Harmonia axyridis in this study to assess their effects on the growth, development and reproduction of H. axyridis. The results showed that there were significant differences in the developmental duration, adult weight, survival rate and reproduction of H. axyridis fed on the three preys. The developmental duration of the whole larval stage of H. axyridis in the egg group (9.85 d) was significantly shorter than that in the young larva (10.45 d) and the old larva (11.28 d) groups, but that of the pupal stage (5.80 d) was significantly prolonged in the egg group. The pupal and adult weight of H. axyridis of the three groups showed no significant difference, except that the female adult weight (30.39 mg) was significantly higher in the egg group. The overall larval survival rate of H. axyridis in the egg group (100%) was significantly higher than that in the 1st―2nd instar larva (83.33%) and the 5th―6th instar larva (33.33%) groups. The pupal survival rates in the egg and 1st―2nd instar larva groups (100%) were significantly higher than that in the 5th―6th instar larva group (50.00%). Only the egg group H. axyridis deposited eggs normally, with a maximum fecundity of 1585 eggs/female, whereas the larvae group H. axyridis only exhibited mating behaviors. The current results indicate that all the three preys can support the growth of H. axyridis, but only the eggs of M. separata can produce fertile H. axyridis. It is feasible to use M. separata eggs as prey for mass rearing of H. axyridis.
