温度对丽蚜小蜂寄生烟粉虱生物学特性的影响

Influence of Temperature on the Biology of Encarsia formosa Parasitizing the Whitefly Bemisia tabaci

摘要: 研究了25℃下丽蚜小蜂寄生烟粉虱各龄若虫的选择性;不同温度对寄生蜂的发育历期、存活率、成虫寿命和生育力的影响。结果表明,丽蚜小蜂对三龄和伪蛹初期的烟粉虱寄生率最高,小蜂发育速度也最快。丽蚜小蜂的发育历期和雌蜂寿命随温度的升高而缩短,其存活率以25℃中最高、15℃最低,但不同温度下丽蚜小蜂的生育力无显著差异。

Abstract: The parasitism preference of Encarsia formosa Gahan to different nymphal instars of the whitefly Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius) on tomato was studied at 25℃ in laboratory. The development, survival, adult longevity and fecundity of the parasite were observed under constant temperatures. The results showed that E. formosa parasized all the four instars of the whitefly, but preferred the 3rd and pre-4th instars. When different instars of the host were exposed simultaneously to this parasite, the developmental period of E. formosa 3rd and 4th instars was significantly shorter than that of the 1st and the 2nd instars. The developmental period of the parasite from egg to adult and the longevity of the female wasp decreased with the increasing temperature. The juvenile survival rate of E. formosa was the highest at 25℃ and the lowest at 15℃, while different temperatures had no distinct difference on the fecundity of the wasp.
