马铃薯坏疽病Phoma foveata生防菌的筛选及鉴定

Screening and Identification of Antagonist Bacteria against Phoma foveata on Potato

摘要: 采用平板对峙法筛选到了马铃薯坏疽病的生防菌ZA1,其对马铃薯坏疽病菌的抑制率为71.83%;通过形态特征和生理生化测定,结合16S rDNA和gyrB基因序列同源性分析,鉴定该菌为莫海威芽孢杆菌Bacillus mojavensis。抑菌谱测定表明,菌株ZA1对番茄早疫病菌Aalternaria solani、马铃薯褐腐病菌Stysanus stemonitis、马铃薯干腐病菌Fusarium oxysporum和马铃薯炭疽病菌Colletotrichum coccodes的抑制率分别达64.30%、41.05%、61.42%和74.92%。在贮藏库中进行10倍液喷雾,对马铃薯坏疽病的防效达64.31%。

Abstract: The inhibition rate of bacterial ZA1 obtained by dual culture method against potato pathogen Phoma foveata was 71.83%. The strain ZA1 was identified as Bacillus mojavensis based on morphology, physiological and biochemical characters, combined with 16S rDNA and gyrB gene sequence analysis. Inhibition rate of strain ZA1 against Alternaria solani, Stysanus stemonitis, Fusarium oxysporum and Colletotrichum coccodes were 64.30%, 41.05%, 61.42% and 74.92%, respectively. The control efficacy of strain ZA1 against potato gangrene was 64.31% by spraying fermentation broth with diluting for ten times on potato tube in storage period.
