Abstract: Bacterial wilt was a kind soil-borne disease which caused by Ralstonia solanacearum. In the greenhouse experiment of this study, the prepared illite adsored W51 bacteria agent was applied to prevent and treat tomato bacterial wilt. The results showed that the optimal dosage of illite in the illite adsored W51 agents was 4%, and the optimal adsorption time was 30 min. Under the conditions, the adsored rate of illite to bacteria could reach 90.78%; in the greenhouse experiment, Illite adsored W51 agents treatment group still showed better biocontrol effect on Ralstonia solanacearum than the Paenibacillus sp. W51 suspension treatment group (42.91%) at the 14th day (62.29%). It was proved in this study that illite adsorbed W51 bacteria agent could better prevent and treat tomato bacterial wilt when comparing with Paenibacillus sp. W51.
