Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of the use of biological agents and reduce the use of chemical pesticides, 50000 IU/mg Bt-G033A (WP) was combined with 30% cyromazine SC, 25% chlorbenzuron SC and 20% tebufenozide SC to control Tuta absoluta Meyrick, respectively. The treatments of Bt-G033A:cyromazine 75:25, Bt-G033A:chlorbenzuron 25:75 and 50:50 showed synergistic control effects on T. absoluta Meyrick, and the treatments of Bt-G033A:cyromazine 25:75 and 50:50, Bt-G033A:tebufenozide 75:25, Bt-G033A:chlorbenzuron 75:25 showed additive control effects on T. absoluta Meyrick by co-toxicity factor method, respectively. The co-toxicity coefficient of Bt-G033A combined with cyromazine against T. absoluta Meyrick was 83.75 showing additive effect, and the co-toxicity coefficient of Bt-G033A combined chlorbenzuron against T. absoluta Meyrick was 131.76 showing synergistic effect. The field trials showed that control effect of Bt-G033A:chlorbenzuron 50:50 agent was 64.76%~89.12% in 3~21 d, which was significantly higher than that of chlorbenzuron and Bt-G033A single agent.

Key words: Tuta absoluta, insect growth regulator, co-toxicity factor, co-toxicity coefficient
