广西崇左发现一种草地贪夜蛾幼虫寄生性天敌——日本追寄蝇

The Parasitism of Exorista japonica on Spodoptera frugiperda Found in the Fields of Chongzuo, Guangxi

摘要: 生物防治作为害虫综合治理(IPM)的重要组成部分,是防治草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda(J.E.Smith)不得缺少的一部分。为开展草地贪夜蛾天敌资源的调查,我们在广西崇左玉米田采集的草地贪夜蛾幼虫中发现一种寄生蝇,通过形态鉴定和DNA条形码技术鉴定为日本追寄蝇Exorista japonica(Townsend),其在田间对草地贪夜蛾幼虫的自然寄生率为11.90%。本研究将为今后开展草地贪夜蛾天敌昆虫的保护和利用提供重要参考。

Abstract: As an important component of integrated pest management (IPM), biological control is an indispensable part of controlling Spodoptera frugiperda (J. E. Smith). During investigation of the resources of natural enemies of S. frugiperda, we found a tachinid fly emerging from the S. frugiperda larvae collected from the fields in Chongzuo, Guangxi. It was identified as Exorista japonica through morphological identification and DNA barcoding technique. The natural parasitism rate of E. japonica in the collected S. frugiperda larvae was 11.90%. This study provides an important reference for the protection and utilization of natural enemies of S. frugiperda.
