1株二氯喹啉酸降解菌QC06的筛选鉴定及其降解特性

Isolation, Identification and Degradation Characteristics of Quinclorac-degrading Strain QC06

摘要: 为了筛选能降解二氯喹啉酸的微生物,本研究利用富集培养技术,从长期施用二氯喹啉酸的土壤中分离出1株二氯喹啉酸的高效降解细菌QC06。通过生理生化试验和16S rDNA同源性分析,将菌株QC06归属于泛菌属Pantoea sp.。并分析了接种量﹑温度﹑pH以及二氯喹啉酸的初始浓度对菌株降解二氯喹啉酸效果的影响,确定了在二氯喹啉酸浓度为50 mg·L-1﹑接种量为4%(OD600=0.060)、pH 7.0、温度30℃的最佳降解条件下,第7 d对二氯喹啉酸的降解效率可以达到95.31%。

Abstract: A quinclorac-degrading bacterium strain QC06 was isolated from the soil by enrichment culture method. Based on its characteristics in physiology, biochemistry and 16S rDNA sequence, the strain was identified as Pantoea sp.. Authors studied effects on degradation rate of inoculation amount, temperature, pH value and initial concentration of quinclorac. Results showed that strain QC06 decomposed 95.31% of quinclorac at the 7th day after inoculation under optimal degradation conditions, i.e., inoculation amount of 4% (OD600=0.060), 30℃ for their growth, pH 7.0, initial concentration of quinclorac 50 mg·L-1, respectively.
