Abstract: In this study, the difference of rhizosphere bacteria composition between healthy and bacterial wilt tomato plants was investigated by high-throughput sequencing, and the correlation network was constructed.Antagonistic bacteria against Ralstonia solanacearum were isolated from the rhizosphere of healthy plants. It was found that soil pH and available phosphorus in different regions were the main factors to shape the rhizosphere bacterial community. The rhizosphere community structure of the diseased plants was more complex than that of healthy plants, which demonstrated by the increase of interactive nodes.Fifteen bacterial genera directly related to Ralstonia was defined.Fourteen strains of rhizosphere bacteria were obtained by antagonistic experiments, including three uncommon antagonistic groups,Achromobacter,Ensifer and Lysinibacillus. The results provided information for the early warning and control of tomato wilt in Beijing region.
