Abstract: This article takes Wuyiencin as the main object, and observes the effect of Wuyiencin on several common fungal live microbial pesticides by the Oxford Cup antibacterial test method and the mycelial growth inhibition method. The inhibition test results of Wuyiencin on fungal spores showed that the inhibitory effect of Wuyiencin on Beauveria bassiana was significantly higher than Metarhizium anisopliae under high concentration treatment. The minimum inhibitory concentration of B. bassiana was 400 mg/L, and the minimum inhibitory concentration of Metarhizium anisopliae was 200 mg/L. The inhibition rate of Wuyiencin on the mycelial growth rate of Trichoderma viride, Trichoderma harzianum, and Paecilomyces lilacinus showed that the inhibition rate of Wuyiencin 100 mg/L on the mycelial growth rate of the three fungi was 64.6%, 48.6%, 39.2%, respectively. Calculated by the virulence regression equation, the results showed that the EC50 of Wuyiencin to Trichoderma viride is 57.13 mg/L, the EC50 of T. harzianum was 109.81 mg/L, and the EC50 of P. lilacinus was 170.03 mg/L. The actual dosage of Wuyiencin in the process of disease prevention and control was about 100 mg/L, which can inhibit M. anisopliae, B. bassiana, T. viride, T. harzianum and Paecilomyces lilacinus to varying degrees. It was recommended to stagger use. The results obtained in this study are of great significance for guiding the biological control application of Wuyiencin and live microbial pesticides, and provide a theoretical basis for the integration of biological control technology.
