Development of Wettable Powder Formulation of Bacillus subtilis 262XY2'

Abstract: In this paper, the optimum formula of Bacillus subtilis 262XY2x wettable powder was determined as 87% Silicon dioxide , 10% sodium dodecyl sulfate , 2% potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 1% ascorbic acid by screening the carrier, auxiliary agent, stabilizer and uv protective agent . Under these conditions, the suspension rate of Bacillus subtilis 262XY2x wettable powder was 83.7%, the wettability time was 23.8s, and the number of viable bacteria was 2.19×1010cfu/g. The preparation conforms to the national standards of wettable powder and microbial preparation in fineness, wetting time, suspension percentage , moisture content , pH value, etc. The control efficacy reached 64% in pot experiment, indicating that it could be used for the control of tomato bacterial leaf spot disease. The results provided technical support for the preparation of bacillus subtilis 262XY2x wettable powder.
