Abstract: Gray mold, caused by Botrytis cinerea Pers.,is one of the most destructive grape diseases, which has influenced grape fruit yield and quality. To clarify sensitivity of B.cinerea to tetramycin and boscalid,we detected the half maximal effective concentration (EC50) of tetramycin and boscalid against 60 isolates from Binchun,Wuhan and Beizhen by mycelial growth rate and spore germination methods, and analyzed the cross-resistance relationship between them. The results showed that baseline sensitivity of B.cinerea to tetramycin and boscalid were 0.245 and 1.115 μg/mL,respectively.All the B.cinerea isolates exhibited sensitive to tetramycin, while 11.7% were resistant to boscalid. In addition,no cross resistance was found between tetramycin and boscalid (r=-0.040,P>0.05).Thus,tetramycin can be a candidate fungicide for gray mold control in field. The results are of significance in application of fungicides and sustainable control of gray mold.
