Abstract: Bacillus thuringiensis abbreviated as Bt, is a kind of important insect pathogenic bacteria with high specific insecticidal activity against various agricultural pests, including Lepidoptera, Coleoptera, Diptera, Hymenoptera and nematode. Bt is by far the most widely used microbial insecticide. In this paper, we summarized the types of active factors and the nematicidal mechanism, which could provide the theoretical basis for the research and development of the bio-nematicides.

Key words: Bacillus thuringiensis, nematicidal factors, nematicidal mechanism
