Mechanism of Wuyiencin against Sclerotinia Stem Rot in Soybean

Abstract: Wuyiencin is a nucleoside agricultural antibiotic,with the advantages of high efficiency,broad spectrum and low toxicity,and has a good control effect on sclerotinia stem rot of soybean.Mechanism of wuyiencin against sclerotinia stem rot in soybean includes inhibiting Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and inducing soybean disease resistance.In this paper,the antagonistic mechanism of Wuyiencin against S. sclerotiorum was introduced at three levels of growth and development,biological toxicity and gene expression,respectively.Meanwhile,the mechanism of Wuyiencin induced soybean disease resistance was reviewed from three aspects of callose deposition,changes of defense-related enzyme activity and hormone signal transduction pathway,respectively.In addition,the emphasis of the future research on Wuyiencin action mechanism were prospected and analyzed.
